The Zug Cantonal Hospital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatients and more than 70,000 outpatients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency centre.For our Emergency Centre Reception, we are looking for a Emergency Reception Staff member 40 - 50% immediately or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Reception of patients and initial patient triage
- Patient administration and general administrative tasks
- Support for relatives and customer contact by telephone
- Collaboration with the staff of the emergency centre
Your Profile
- Basic medical-nursing training (HF nursing specialist, health specialist or medical practice assistant) and corresponding professional experience
- High professional, social and communication skills
- Motivation to work in a demanding environment with rapidly changing situations
- Willingness to perform flexible work shifts (weekend, day/evening and night shifts)
- Willingness to work an 80% workload during the first three months as part of the induction
- Good knowledge of English
