As a competence centre for the elderly, we offer a wide range of care and support services – from inpatient long-term care to specialised departments for dementia, rehabilitation and transitional care, as well as palliative care. Our versatile gastronomy is available for culinary experiences, events and conferences. Our offerings are complemented by services such as the hair salon, foot care studio and physiotherapy practice.

The Haslibrunnen Association provides Aktiv-Plus members with a low-threshold, easily accessible point of contact. The concierge service answers questions, presents concrete options and gives recommendations for further steps. In particular, it highlights the offerings of various institutions and service providers in the region and facilitates the appropriate contacts. The latest concepts in gerontology are applied, such as promoting social contacts, healthy nutrition and exercise.

Your mission:

You are a life-affirming personality who values interacting with people. With empathy, you recognise the needs of clients and support them in accessing suitable support services.

You maintain regular contact with Aktiv-Plus members and other people in our environment by visiting them in their personal living environment. In doing so, you learn where the difficulties lie and identify which service or advisory offerings could make these individuals’ everyday lives easier, more valuable or more vibrant. By being familiar with integrated care – that is, outpatient and inpatient services – you can provide appropriate recommendations and facilitate the right contacts.

What distinguishes you:

• Completed training in administration, health or social services with solid professional experience (at least five years)
• Empathy and enjoyment in dealing with people combined with strong advisory skills
• Independence and organisational talent
• Flexibility and willingness to distribute work assignments throughout the week
• Willingness to participate in and support events and excursions
• You live in the Langenthal area and hold a category B driving licence
