What to expect Independent processing from the invoice to debt enforcement to the loss certificate within your own area of responsibility (property and personal insurance) Independent handling of debt collection cases in private pension schemes Telephone contact with internal and external customers Processing of payments, rebookings, write-offs and clarifications of special cases Interface function to the claims department, CRM, accounting as well as external offices such as debt enforcement offices and courts Processing of claims debt collection cases Processing of individual life debt collection cases Coordination and collaboration with teams from private pension schemes What you bring Excellent French and German skills (mandatory), Italian skills an advantage Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent basic training 2 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry in internal sales or customer service – an advantage Experience in private pension schemes Reliable, resilient and open-minded personality Strong customer and service orientation Openness to change, enjoyment of customer contact and good communication skills Committed team player with a good sense of humour You are characterised by personal responsibility and decisiveness What we offer We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
