These are your tasks

• Construction management assignments in one of our offices.
• Construction management of small to large projects in road and utility construction including water pipes, usually based at the Bern office.
• the opportunity to work on projects in the canton of Bern. Home is where it is nicest.
• Participation in the tendering of construction services and in construction logistics clarifications.
• Project controlling and schedule monitoring.
• Exchange and coordination with internal departments, customers, suppliers, authorities.

This could be your daily work routine

• Short team meeting in the infrastructure construction department
• Processing a bill of quantities for a tender
• Lunch break
• Drive to the construction site with one of our pool cars
• During the site tour, identify deviations from the planned execution, inform the client, and initiate necessary measures with the construction company
• Construction meeting followed by recording the minutes of the meeting

This makes you successful with us

• Appropriate education and training as a construction manager (HFP), construction supervisor (HF), technician HF
• or your training as a civil engineer (FH / ETH).
• Professional experience as a construction manager or construction supervisor in Switzerland.
