About the job
We are a medium-sized independent bakery, pastry, confectionery, and café business located in Seewen, in the beautiful Schwyz valley basin. We produce our products 365 days a year centrally at our company headquarters in Seewen/SZ in our modern production facility. The majority is sold in our own three retail branches with integrated cafés in Schwyz, Seewen, and Küssnacht am Rigi.

Training Position 2026
We are looking for young talent and have a vacant apprenticeship starting in summer 2026 for training as a Baker-Confectioner-Pastry Chef (Specialization Pastry-Confectionery) EFZ.
In this versatile training as a Pastry Chef-Confectioner, you will skillfully and carefully produce a wide range of delicious sweets. In the pastry section, we will introduce you to the secrets of fruity pâtisserie, tender confectionery, and fine cakes. In the confectionery section, you will learn how to work with chocolate, etc.
