SPITEX Grauholz is responsible for the high-quality, reliable, and needs-based care of 11 municipalities in the field of outpatient nursing and domestic services. As a progressive organisation, we continuously develop and rely on our 180 competent, open-minded, and motivated employees. They work in one of the three bases Jegenstorf, Münchenbuchsee, Urtenen-Schönbühl, or in the domestic, psychiatry, and assessment teams.

We are looking for a:

Base Manager or Co-Manager (80–100%)

Your tasks:

• Steer, shape, support: In this key position, you are responsible for the operational and personnel management of a team of up to 50 employees. Your focus is on smooth operations and the further development of your team.
• Solution-oriented management: You understand challenges in operational business as the core of your mission. Where others see problems, you create pragmatic and sustainable solutions through your organisational talent.
• Positive leadership: You lead your team according to modern principles. It is important to you to create an environment where strengths are promoted and open, trusting communication prevails.
• Ensuring care quality: As a professional role model, you ensure high-quality care and support for our clients and guarantee compliance with our quality standards.
• Structural responsibility: You optimise processes and ensure that administrative and personnel resources are used efficiently.

What distinguishes you:

• Qualification: You have a diploma as a registered nurse HF and ideally additional leadership training.
• Leadership personality: You bring experience in personnel management and identify with the concept of Positive Leadership or are willing to acquire it.
• Resilience & composure: Even in complex situations, you keep an overview. Your attitude is characterised by personal responsibility and the willingness to actively resolve "disruptions" in the system.
• Organisational talent: You think structurally, work precisely, and appreciate a dynamic environment.
