Become part of our Talent Acquisition team and support us in the recruiting process. Here you have the opportunity to work independently on exciting projects and develop yourself further. Start from January or February 2027 with a 6-month internship (80–100%) in Talent Acquisition. Afterwards, you have the opportunity to continue supporting our team as a working student (50–60%) and contribute your knowledge long-term to exciting HR projects.

Your new tasks

• Support the entire recruitment process of our recruiters in Zug – from job posting through CV screening to contract signing
• Recruit working students, interns, and diploma candidates independently
• Assist with administrative HR processes
• Strengthen our employer brand by representing Siemens on social media as well as at university events and other employer branding activities
• Create documentation, presentations, and guidelines
• Maintain and update wiki and intranet pages

Your talents and experience

• Studying at a Swiss university of applied sciences or university
• High affinity for social media (Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn)
• Practical experience with AI tools and digital solutions (e.g. developing own bots, automations, or AI-supported projects such as learning bots or timetable generators)
• Initial experience in HR or administration is an advantage, especially with common Microsoft Office applications
• Structured working style, communicative and team-oriented
• Ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations
• Very good German and English skills for communication with candidates and hiring managers
