Unit Secretary for the Autism Spectrum Disorder Service (ASD)
The Autism Spectrum Disorder Service (ASD) at CHUV is seeking a unit secretary for the head nurse of the service, at a 40% workload for its Cery - Prilly site. The contract is permanent and the starting date is scheduled for 1 October 2026 or to be agreed.
Context
The Lausanne University Hospital (CHUV) is one of the 5 Swiss university hospitals. In collaboration with the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne and EPFL, it plays a leading role in care, research and education.
The Autism Spectrum and Related Disorders Service (ASD) coordinates and brings together all the structures attached to it in the canton of Vaud, structures involved in supporting people with ASD throughout their life course.
Mission
- You provide comprehensive administrative support in the recruitment process
- You ensure the follow-up of HR forms related to employees (changes in workload, transfers, promotions, ...)
- You plan and organise meetings, including note-taking and drafting minutes
- You guarantee the follow-up of the day-to-day management of the secretariat and keep various dashboards up to date
- You check and ensure the follow-up of invoices
- You provide administrative support to managers and contribute to the smooth running of the secretariat.
Profile
- You hold a commercial employee CFC, ideally complemented by an HR assistant certificate (an asset)
- You have at least 5 years of experience in an autonomous secretariat
- You have perfect command of French, both spoken and written (a foreign language is an asset)
- You have excellent mastery of common IT tools
- You demonstrate excellent organisational skills, proactivity, flexibility and know how to manage priorities
- You are recognised for your discretion, versatility and ability to work both in a team and independently
- You ideally know the functioning of the Vaud state structures and the parapublic bodies related to the psychiatric field.
