Your new job

• Designing, further developing and supporting topics such as employee development, leadership development, team development and talent development
• Leading projects together with colleagues from the HR team and various specialist departments within the BKB Group
• Coaching and supporting junior and new leaders as well as situationally supporting leaders and teams in changes and conflict situations
• Conducting and moderating training sessions and workshops as part of the implementation of personnel and organisational development concepts
• Analysing trends and developments in the field of learning and development and integrating new, innovative approaches, such as the use of artificial intelligence
• Co-responsibility for and further development of the employer branding area within the BKB Group

What we benefit from

• University or university of applied sciences degree or an equivalent further education with a focus on personnel development and/or organisational development
• Many years of relevant professional experience in personnel and/or organisational development and thus a broad repertoire of methods, techniques and intervention possibilities
• Very good conceptual skills and broad experience in project implementation combined with target group-oriented communication and convincing presentation and moderation skills
• Solution-oriented working style, high self-motivation, enthusiasm and assertiveness
• Personality with high social competence, positive attitude as well as the ability to keep an overview and create clarity even in dynamic situations
• Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
