- Completed vocational training and professional experience in the insurance industry with a passed intermediary exam mandatory
- Professionals with corresponding credentials (e.g. VBV intermediary exam) are welcome
- Local roots are an advantage
- Convincing appearance and good articulation skills
- Winning and resilient personality combined with a strong customer and service orientation
- High degree of independence and flexibility
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage
- Enjoyment of modern and contemporary digital tools
