The Solothurn Center Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies, and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses, and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Around 200 employees throughout the foundation are consistently committed to preserving, further developing, and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.
At our location in Zuchwil, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist, 60-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

What to expect
- Provision of professional basic and treatment care
- Execution of medical-technical procedures and nursing services according to training and continuing education standards
- Co-creation of a meaningful individual daily life for people with multiple disabilities
- Assumption of tasks within the framework of the interdisciplinary key person system
- Creation and management of nursing and care plans and collaboration with relatives and legal representatives
- Willingness to work at night
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Specialist HF/FH or equivalent training
- Professional experience in health and social services and a special flair for working with people with disabilities
- Good communication and writing skills as well as very good German language skills
- High social competence as well as physical and mental resilience
- Good IT application skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
