Administrative Clerk (m/f)
80% - 100%, start immediately or by arrangement
In this role, you will complement the existing administration team and support the technical office in the tender process.
Your main tasks include:
- General administrative tasks
- Processing of accounts payable and receivable
- Opening and processing of offers
- Trainer of a commercial apprentice
You bring the following qualifications:
- Completed commercial training and/or several years of professional experience in a similar role (construction industry advantageous)
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs
- ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
- Quick comprehension
- Team-oriented, resilient, and independent personality
