Are you passionate about product management in the field of business software and want to quickly take on responsibility in a dynamic environment? Then we definitely need to get to know each other!

In this exciting role, you will take responsibility for the further development of our AXsolution product portfolio, from conception to the implementation of concrete measures and strategic decisions. At the same time, you maintain existing partnerships, identify and analyze new markets, potential partners, and innovation topics, and drive these forward independently.

YOUR FUTURE TASKS:

• Development of the product strategy based on market and competitive analyses as well as derivation of goals and measures
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of all measures to achieve the defined goals
• Identification of innovations, market potentials, and new software solutions to expand the product portfolio.
• Further development of our AXsolutions by leading and actively participating in expert committees
• Support in identifying, building, and maintaining strategic partnerships
• Close collaboration with software manufacturers and customers
• Creation and preparation of content on various software and product topics
• Cross-location collaboration within the Product & Innovation team
• Close cooperation with Sales and Marketing for successful market development

YOUR SKILLS AND STRENGTHS:

• What do we imagine in your educational backpack? Not so easy, many paths lead to Kemptthal. Ideally, training or experience in innovation management, industrial engineering, product management, or a comparable field.
• You don't have to be a software expert, but a strong interest in IT, digitalization, innovations, and the Swiss SME market is crucial for this role.
• You quickly recognize connections, enjoy learning, and develop ambition when it comes to understanding our customers' business and designing suitable solutions.
• You are a structured person with organizational talent who enjoys working independently and taking responsibility.
• Innovation spirit flows through your veins, and you combine this with your enthusiasm for product management.
• We don't expect you to write novels, but you should definitely have confident German language skills.
• You are open, communicative, and appreciate personal exchange. Networking at events comes as easily to you as presenting in front of the team. You are also willing to travel within German-speaking Switzerland.
