Your working day is versatile:
Payroll runs, social insurance and year-end closing topics are just as much a part of it as communication with employees or collaboration with managers.
Sometimes it is about numbers and accuracy, sometimes about careful clarifications and good solutions.
Especially in more intense phases around payroll runs, month-end closing or budgeting, flexibility is also required to ensure a smooth and timely process together as a team.
At the same time, the role offers scope for design. Processes may be questioned, improved and further developed. Those who enjoy tackling things pragmatically and optimising sustainably will feel comfortable here.

We are looking for you:
A professional with experience in the (HR) and payroll environment, ideally with appropriate further training.
Besides professional know-how, the working method is especially important: structured, independent and solution-oriented – combined with a good sense for people.
Already have experience with Abacus? Perfect.
We expect confident German – additional languages are a welcome plus.
