As part of the service agreement with the municipalities of Uhwiesen, Dachsen, Flurlingen, and Feuerthalen-Langwiesen, Spitex at Kohlfirst provides professional outpatient care and support for the residents of these municipalities. Health Professional EFZ (FaGe) approx. 50% for short shifts (4-5 hours) in the morning and/or evening Further training to become a nursing specialist HF is possible Your tasks:
- As a health professional, you play a crucial role in the care and support of our clients
- In collaboration with the case managers, you are actively and engaged in the care process and can further develop your knowledge
- You face challenges openly and creatively
- A committed, collegial, appreciative, and interdisciplinary team

- Professional and subject-specific training opportunities
