Job Description
Your Responsibilities
- Independent management of adult outpatients, from intake to defining the therapeutic pathway, according to current quality and safety standards
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors from other specialties, nursing and administrative staff, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care
- Active participation in the organizational and clinical development of the center, with proposals aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare processes
- Contribution to the quality of care and smooth operation of the center, also through adherence to procedures, continuous training, and dialogue with the assisted persons
- Opportunity to participate in cross-network projects of Swiss Medical Network and contribute to the evolution of proximity medicine
Qualifications
Your Profile
- FMH specialization title in general internal medicine (or equivalent title recognized or recognizable in Switzerland) and AOMS authorization
- Proven experience in outpatient and/or hospital medicine, with the ability to independently manage an outpatient schedule
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, active listening, and team spirit
- Professional autonomy, precision, and method, with attention to Swiss health and administrative regulations
- Knowledge of the Italian language; knowledge of German and/or French is an advantage
