Production Employee: Food (a) 100%
Area of responsibility:
- Washing, preparing and cutting fruit according to specified standards
- Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines
- Preparing fruit for further processing or packaging
- Checking raw materials for freshness and quality
- Cleaning and maintaining work equipment and the workplace
- Supporting the daily production process (day shift)
Requirements:
- Experience in food processing or production is an advantage
- Careful, clean and reliable working method
- Good physical condition (standing work)
- Compliance with hygiene regulations (e.g. HACCP)
- Teamwork skills as well as independent working
- Good German language skills (at least basic knowledge)
Expectations:
- Consistent adherence to specified quality standards
- Punctuality and reliability during daily operations
- Flexibility with changing work tasks
- Sense of responsibility in handling food
- Active participation in the team and support when needed
