Business Development Manager 100% (a) 100%- Active market development as well as targeted acquisition of new customers in the defined target segment (cold calling)
- Identification of relevant contacts and conducting presentations at various decision-making levels
- Analysis of customer needs and participation in the development of suitable solution concepts
- Preparation of offers in cooperation with internal departments
- Accompaniment of the entire sales process up to completion in coordination with internal stakeholders
- Building and maintaining a network as well as using events and CRM for lead generation and market development
- Completed degree (at least Bachelor)
- Several years (from 5 years) of experience in B2B sales and business development
- Proven success in acquiring new customers and building sales pipelines
- Understanding of structured sales processes as well as good analytical skills
- Convincing appearance, strong communication skills and enjoyment of active customer approach
- Structured, goal-oriented and independent working style as well as very good German and English skills (French advantageous)
