With nearly 1,400 employees, the Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics is a medical center focused on the elderly person and is spread over 5 sites: Trois-Chêne, Loëx, Bellerive, Beau-Séjour (Stern), and Joli-Mont.
It manages acute situations, notably through geriatric emergencies and intermediate care at the Trois-Chêne Hospital, acute units including some focused on geriatric syndromes, geriatric rehabilitation units, musculoskeletal, cardiological, neurological and oncological units, and long-term care units. It also includes a specialized palliative care service, a community geriatrics unit, a liaison geriatrics unit, and the Memory Center.
Job Description

You supervise and ensure quality medical services, under the supervision of medical hierarchy, of a care unit within the Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics.
You coordinate practical activities, clinical or therapeutic interventions both clinically and administratively and organizationally.
You participate in the training of trainee doctors and have the opportunity to benefit from quality postgraduate training contributing to obtaining the specialist title in internal and general medicine (general internal medicine service category B), the specialist title in geriatrics (geriatrics service category A), and the specialist title in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Qualifications
You hold the federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Medical Professions Commission of the Federal Office of Public Health (MEBEKO recognition).
Your excellent communication skills allow you to interact within a multidisciplinary team and with patients. You are autonomous, flexible, and show commitment.
For non-French speakers, C1 level in spoken and written French is required.
