• Professional and responsible care and support of patients requiring rehabilitation, for example assisting with personal hygiene, mobilisation or daily planning
• Performing medical-technical tasks such as measuring pulse and blood pressure, taking blood samples and distributing medication
• Carrying out domestic tasks as well as administrative and logistical duties, such as documenting services provided in the care report, ordering and managing materials
• Close collaboration within the care team and interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

• School leaving certificate from district school, secondary school or middle school (with an average grade of at least 4.6 in the main subjects)
• Good reading comprehension, German level B2
• High motivation
• Physical and mental resilience
• Openness and reliability
• Teamwork skills and customer-oriented approach
• Completed trial days in care are mandatory
