Partner Manager 100% (m/f/d)
What to expect from us:
- You are responsible for the indirect sales channel of our partners “fiduciaries”.
- Acquiring new fiduciaries and supporting existing fiduciaries, from the first contact to the establishment and development of a sustainable and long-term partner relationship, falls within your area of responsibility.
- You also sell our entire product range to fiduciaries in your assigned area - from training to software licenses to applications from our marketplace.
- Administrative tasks, such as reporting, measuring success, and controlling sales measures, as well as preparing sales documents, are just as much a part of the job as participating in trade fairs.
- Your area of responsibility covers several cantons and requires travel activity.
What we expect from you:
- You have a basic education as well as further training in sales or business administration.
- You bring at least 3 years of experience in sales, partner management, or indirect sales with field service, preferably in the Swiss market.
- You are a sales talent, possess negotiation skills, and communicate effortlessly at all levels.
- You have basic knowledge of financial and payroll accounting; fiduciary services are not a foreign word for you.
- You are very structured, eager to work, a team player, goal-oriented, and enjoy working independently.
- Your native language is German, and communicating in English is no problem for you; Italian is desirable.
- You are flexible and willing to support your partners on-site (willingness to travel about 60%).
