You take on an important hub function and are deployed within a 60% workload on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

Your main tasks:
- You warmly and professionally welcome customers, visitors, and employees. You answer calls in German, English, and French and forward them competently. You efficiently process emails, mail, and courier shipments. You reliably manage access and badges. You organize and reserve meeting rooms. You process customer orders in the corresponding system. You take on administrative tasks such as parking management, orders, and detailed clarifications.
Your profile:
- Professional experience in a similar role
- Very good German skills as well as good English and French skills in spoken and written form
- Good PC skills and understanding in handling various online tools
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a winning appearance and very good manners
- Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
