Tasks
- Accompanying, caring for, and supporting clients with a mental, physical, or psychological impairment in the multifaceted design of their living and leisure areas
- Implementing and applying the Agogik framework concept
- Key worker tasks
- Collaboration with relatives, legal representatives, and external specialists
- Assisting with daily household and cleaning tasks
Profile
- Training in social pedagogy (HF/FH)
- Experience in working with people with disabilities
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts (no night shifts)
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in German
- Good PC user skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
