Team Leader Production Rope Manufacturing 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You ensure efficient and high-quality production and are responsible for all production and manufacturing processes in your area

• You lead 15 employees in shift work, promote their development and ensure optimal personnel planning

• You create and update production documentation in collaboration with the responsible departments

• You plan and control capacities, resources, deadlines and employee deployment for production orders

• You ensure compliance with processes, quality standards and legal safety requirements and train your team accordingly

• You continuously develop the department and its processes, increasing efficiency and product quality

• You create and maintain standards and work instructions and continuously improve them within the framework of KVP, 5S, Lean and Six Sigma

What do I need to be successful?

• You have a technical education and have advanced to master craftsman or technician level

• You have initial leadership experience in industrial shift work and want to take the next step here

• Responsibility drives you - you work in a structured, independent manner and actively shape the development of employees and processes

• You convince with leadership strength, planning competence and a confident organisational sense

• You communicate clearly, confidently and interculturally securely - even in demanding situations

• You think analytically, solve problems pragmatically and quickly recognise optimisation potentials

• Precision, reliability and quality awareness characterise your working style

• You have very good German skills in spoken and written form
