What is my role?

• You detect faults and get systems running again - quickly, safely and sustainably

• You are the competent contact person for customers on all questions regarding electrical engineering and building automation

• You thoroughly check installations: function, safety, quality

• You work independently and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from classic circuits to smart controls

What do I need to be successful?

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrical installer or electrical technician with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)

• You bring solid professional experience in customer service - preferably several years

• You have a knack for recognising and solving problems before they escalate

• Modern technologies such as All-IP, control systems and ICT excite you

• You communicate confidently in German - both written and spoken

• You are mobile with your category B driving licence
