Company Description
For our partner, a day clinic specialised in the care of patients experiencing a psychological crisis not requiring hospital treatment, we are looking for a nurse for a permanent position.
The mission of the day clinic is to offer intensive care over a period of 5 to 6 weeks, full-time, Monday to Friday. The objective is to promote the psychological stabilisation of patients and to support them towards sustainable and appropriate follow-up care tailored to their needs.
Patients benefit from the support of a multidisciplinary team composed notably of doctors, psychologists, nurses, social workers, art therapists and care assistants.
Position at 100% from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:30
Job Description
- Welcome and manage psychiatric emergencies.
- Provide short-term subacute care.
- Participate in outpatient psychiatric, psychotherapeutic and psychological consultations.
- Perform care services: interviews, blood tests, ECGs and medication support.
- Participate in interventions in the patients’ living environment when necessary.
- Contribute to the facilitation and follow-up of psychotherapeutic groups.
- Collaborate in complementary care such as art therapy and occupational therapy.
- Participate in social assessment and follow-up in collaboration with the relevant professionals.
- Conduct follow-up interviews within the framework of care obligations issued by the authorities.
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coherent and quality care.
Profile Sought
- You hold a recognised nursing diploma.
- You have professional experience in psychiatry or mental health.
- Experience in caring for patients in crisis or psychiatric emergency situations is an asset.
- You are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary team and demonstrate autonomy, listening skills and empathy.
- You have good adaptability skills and know how to manage complex situations with calm and professionalism.
- You are motivated to support patients in their stabilisation and recovery process.
