The Department of Infrastructure, Energy and Mobility (DIEM) includes the sectors of energy, hydropower, natural hazards, public transport, construction, civil engineering, procurement, forests as well as hunting, large predators and fishing. It consists of five offices as well as the department secretariat, which as the central coordinating body supports the director in the technical and political management of the department.
The department secretariat provides its services at the new administrative centre "sinergia" in the immediate vicinity of Chur West station in a modern, open and digitally oriented working environment. There is also the possibility to work partly from home.
For the DIEM department secretariat we are looking for alegal expertfrom 1 November 2026or by agreement.
- Legal assistance in relation to cases assigned to the department focusing on forest and natural hazard protection issues
- Targeted support in the areas of hunting and fishing as well as civil engineering
- Ensuring orderly processing of cases together with the services responsible for legal assistance
- Preparation of requests, decisions, contracts, reports and opinions, as well as drafts relating to messages, parliamentary interventions and regulatory acts in the areas assigned to you
- Preparation of appeals and drafting of briefs for the courts
- University degree in law, additional training is an advantage
- Practical experience gained in a public administration is desirable
- Ability to analyse complex cases in such a way as to enable a decision to be made
- High motivation, initiative, ability to cope with stressful situations and work in a team
- Good communication skills
- Absolute command of the German language is assumed
- Good knowledge of several cantonal languages is an advantage
