About the job
HVAC Maintenance Technician (a) 100%- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations
- Ensure maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations
- Manage maintenance and servicing activities
- Handle various requests and minor repairs
- Process daily work reports, delivery notes and purchase orders
- Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contracted companies
- Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for different sectors
- Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc.)
- Manage small repair projects
- Provide on-call service (1 week out of 5)
- Technician diploma ES, CFC or certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or an equivalent recognised diploma
- Several years of proven experience in a similar position in the services sector, facility management or technical field
- Driving licence required
- Clean criminal record required
- French language (B2/C1)
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office)
- Strong customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility
