Mission
You manage the Butchery department with the aim of offering our customers the best possible shopping experience in terms of quality and freshness. You ensure the availability of goods (presentation of goods and department monitoring). You serve and advise our customers competently for any questions or requests. You lead the team with a high level of expectation and respect for everyone to guarantee a pleasant working atmosphere.
Required Skills
- Initial training as a butcher/charcutier, cook, or completed retail training, or professional experience in the field
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in service departments
- Strong enthusiasm for advising and sharing your interest in quality products as well as your culinary knowledge
- Very good command of written and spoken French
- Friendliness and team spirit, neat appearance
- Strong drive for performance, stress resistance, and ease in using IT tools
- Flexibility regarding working hours
