Project Manager Retrofit
Your tasks
Responsibility from the preparation of offers to the successful, defect-free handover of projects according to contractual agreements to the end customer
„Single Point of Contact“ during the offer and project processing phase with the customer
Technical and commercial responsibility for several customer retrofit projects as well as smaller system and documentation adjustments for sterilizers and washers
Managing communication with all project-involved departments and team members
Coordination and alignment of internal processes
Initiating and implementing Project Change Orders (PCO) during the project processing phase
Maintaining the Change Control documentation
Continuous monitoring and reporting of project progress
Main contact person for internal and external project partners (e.g., sales, production sites, and service and installation)
Supporting sales in important contract negotiations, escalation meetings, and customer discussions
Your profile
Knowledge in the field of pharmaceutical plant construction with a focus on GMP
Cost-conscious thinking, planning, and acting
German and English language skills in spoken and written form, negotiation level
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Customer-oriented action
Committed, active, and team-oriented way of thinking and working
Willingness to travel (10% - 20%)
