To strengthen our Finance & Projects team, attached to the Sales & Marketing department, we are looking for a Strategic Project Manager in Sales and Marketing at 80%. You play a key role in implementing the department's priority projects, combining analytical rigor, field sense, and a collaborative spirit. A true partner of the business teams and management, you contribute to improving commercial and operational performance through your analyses and coordination of cross-functional initiatives.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Lead and coordinate the department's strategic projects, from defining needs to implementation, ensuring coherence, deadlines, and set objectives
- Facilitate and participate in cross-functional projects, in collaboration with the field and other departments, to ensure an integrated and pragmatic approach
- Analyze financial and operational data, identify performance levers, and make recommendations to support decision-making
- Develop and present strategic analyses and reports for management
- Ensure clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders, facilitating alignment around project objectives
What makes you unique:
- Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in economics, finance, management, or business administration
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional and analytical projects, ideally in the insurance or banking sectors
- Excellent skills in analysis, synthesis, and communication, with a strong results orientation
- Ease in working with diverse interlocutors and linking financial, commercial, and operational aspects
- Native French speaker, very good knowledge of German (minimum level C1)
