About the job
What you will do here
- Teach students of the Master in Rhythmics, Performance, and Dance Mediation in the subject of project management as well as mentor artistic master theses
- Take over production management for student projects, accompany them from the first idea to the performance, and plan and carry out tours
- Convey the essential skills in organization, planning, execution, and documentation of artistic projects as well as conduct examinations
- Provide artistic input within the framework of the weekly compulsory modules and guide students in performance situations
- Participate in the Master Rhythmics working group and further develop the curriculum
What you ideally bring with you
- Artistic university degree in rhythmics and/or theater, dance, music with profound practical experience in the field of rhythmics
- Additional qualification in cultural management and/or profound and long-standing experience in the professional field of theater, dance, or music in the independent scene and in institutions
- Team-oriented personality who enjoys contributing to collegial processes and values interdisciplinary exchange
- Interest in research as well as motivation to engage in this area
- Networking with schools, theaters, or other educational institutions in the region. Languages of instruction: German, French, and English.
