3rd Level Engineer 80-100%

What to expect from us:

• In day-to-day business, you will work with the support team as well as the development department to investigate technical anomalies reported by our customers.
• Together with the 3rd level team, you act as the central point of contact (Single Point of Contact) between the teams that support our customers and the technical departments.
• For technical matters, such as enquiries regarding the bexio API, the 3rd level team takes over direct communication with customers.
• In quieter times, you will also actively participate in the development of automations to optimise workflows.

What we expect from you:

• You bring a natural curiosity as well as a continuous willingness to learn and experiment.
• Troubleshooting (Troubleshooting) complex technical problems is not just a skill for you, but rather a passion.
• The tech stack around LINUX, GIT, MySQL, PHP and/or Java is not new to you.
• Accounting know-how and/or bexio experience are a strong plus for this role.
