About the job

Within our educational home in Courtaman, we support young adolescent girls and adults aged 13 to 25 who are in a situation of rupture, placed by the protection authority because they can no longer temporarily evolve in their living environment. The support is based on an educational approach centered on connection and responsibility, which favors understanding, awareness, and experimentation. In close collaboration with families and the network, the educational team offers a safe and structured framework, adapted to the developmental challenges of young people, as well as to possible mental health or addiction issues.

In this context, we are looking for:

An 80% Educator

Profile

• Training in the social field (HES/IPC/ES or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience in supporting adolescents and young adults, as well as in a role as a reference educator
• Knowledge in the field of mental health and addiction issues
• Ease in network work, particularly with families and network partners
• Proactive personality, comfortable with taking responsibility and non-punitive approaches
• Ability to work autonomously, organized and able to handle unforeseen events
• Able to assume 5 to 6 passive on-call duties per month
• Able to intervene on-site within 30 minutes
• Driving license essential (a private vehicle desired)
