CNC - Mechanical Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You are responsible for programming, setting up and optimising our CNC machines. In doing so, you develop innovative manufacturing solutions and ensure a smooth production process. You monitor the machining processes, carry out quality controls and continuously optimise the machine parameters. You are also the contact person for technical challenges and work closely with production to implement new manufacturing methods.

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed degree as an engineer FH / ETH in mechanical engineering or comparable technical training

• Several years of experience in the development of machines or systems in the field of CNC machining centres

• Proven leadership experience in managing technical teams or projects

• Sound knowledge of CNC programming (ideally Siemens, Fanuc or Heidenhain)

• Experience in the design and optimisation of machining processes

• Confident handling of CAD/CAM software

• Technical understanding and strong solution orientation

• Team spirit and communication skills as well as the ability to motivate and develop employees

• Willingness to work shifts
