Machine Operator Production - Permanent Night Shift 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Setting up the stranding machines according to work documents and producing wire ropes

• Continuous monitoring of the production process with intermediate and final inspections

• Initiating measures in case of irregularities in consultation with the shift supervisor or production manager

• Preparation and checking of required materials (coil, wire, grease, stranding tool)

• Accompanying tasks during production (drilling stripping rubber, spooling binding wire)

• Cleaning and lubricating the machines as well as documentation on production papers

What do I need to be successful?

• Experience as a machine operator

• Carefulness in quality control and documentation

• Reliability and personal responsibility in process monitoring

• Quick reaction to irregularities

• Good communication skills with the shift supervisor and production manager

• Physical resilience and safety awareness

• Teamwork and willingness to learn

• Working hours from 22:45 to 05:30
