In order to strengthen our Care team at the Les Jasmins Residence in Chalais, we are looking, from April 1, 2026, for a
ASSC between 80% and 100%
Your main tasks:
- you supervise and support residents in daily life activities
- you ensure the proper integration of new residents into the Institution
- you collaborate in the development and implementation of support projects for residents and their relatives
- you create a warm and favorable environment for the well-being of residents
- you provide hygiene, prevention, and maintenance care to residents
- you supervise new employees, apprentices, and interns
- you contribute to the smooth running of the service and team cohesion
Your profile:
- you hold a CFC of ASSC or an equivalent training considered as such
- you have proven experience in a nursing home or a similar structure
- you have a clear interest in elderly people
- you have a great capacity to adapt and are able to work within a multidisciplinary team
- you are service-oriented and have good interpersonal skills
- you have a good command of French (spoken and written) and common computer tools
