Tasks/Responsibilities
What you will achieve:
- Reduction of downtime
- Introduction of preventive maintenance
- Compliance with cost, quality, environmental, and safety requirements
- Proposal, planning, and implementation of approved plant improvements
- Personnel planning, selection, onboarding, development, leadership, and release
- Enable budgeting and cost control of maintenance expenses (spare parts, employees, external companies, investments)
- Proposal, planning, and execution of revisions
- Planning, project support, and commissioning of approved new plants
Competencies
You inspire us:
- Financial competencies according to regulations
- Visa competence for administrative matters in the
process: Steelworks maintenance - Result responsibility for the maintenance of the steelworks
- Enforcement of the requirements of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001
- Several years of professional experience as a maintenance manager as well as leadership experience
- Further training as a maintenance manager with a federal diploma / degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Fluent English in spoken and written form
- Willingness for temporary additional work
