Marketing Specialist 50 % (m/f/d)

in our retail store in Zurich

Your tasks

• Assisting in the planning, organization, and implementation of exclusive marketing activities and events
• Point of contact for the CRM system at the Zurich location: support and training of the sales teams for effective application
• Ensuring data quality in the CRM and supporting measures for customer retention
• Responsibility for inventory control and ordering of give-aways
• Coordination of internal communication for the retail business as well as the associated boutiques
• Management and further development of the internal blog as well as support in the local implementation of central marketing campaigns

Your competencies

• Completed commercial basic training as well as further education in the field of marketing/communication (e.g. FA / HF / FH / University)
• First experience in marketing, event organization, or CRM is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office and common social media channels
• Language skills: German and English fluent (B2/C1), French is an advantage
• Proactive, organized, and team-oriented personality with initiative and a confident appearance
• Willingness to occasionally work at events in the evening or on weekends
