Holidays: Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 holiday days are not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
GAV: Our employment conditions are basically based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
Daycare: Flexible and, as far as possible, shift-time adapted opening hours are plus points of our hospital-owned daycare centre in Burgdorf, alongside reduced prices.
