About the job
We are looking for a committed person for this exciting position in the field of night shift nursing.
What are your tasks?
- You ensure needs-oriented, professional care and nursing of our residents at night and recognise their individual needs
- During the night, you work in a team and take on assigned tasks within your competencies
- As a contact person for residents and relatives, you are available to support with questions and concerns
- Nursing documentation is also part of your responsibilities
What do we expect from you?
- Completed training as a Health and Social Care Assistant EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant
- Empathy as well as respectful and appreciative interaction with residents
- Openness to new things and motivation to develop professionally and personally
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of working in a committed and motivated team
- A high awareness of the autonomy and well-being of the residents as a central attitude in everyday life
