These are your tasks
- Responsible for, operate, and further develop occupational safety and health management as a safety officer
- Analyze hazards, assess risks, and develop guidelines
- Clarify accidents and incidents and develop improvement measures
- Train and sensitize employees regarding safety regulations
- Advise managers and specialist departments on occupational safety
- Organize and conduct safety audits and inspections in facilities and on construction sites
- Collaborate on other safety topics such as fire protection, Business Continuity Management (BCM), as well as emergency and crisis management
What distinguishes you
- Basic training in a technical field with advanced technical education (HF/FH)
- Completed training as a specialist in occupational safety and health or safety expert EKAS
- Solid experience with occupational safety (occupational safety and health) according to ISO 45001, ideally in an industrial environment
- Analytical thinking, conceptual skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Confident demeanor when dealing with internal customers and fluent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in fire protection, Business Continuity Management (BCM), and emergency and crisis management is a plus
