Job Description

To strengthen our existing team, we are looking for a staff member for 20% - 50%.

At the main reception, you act as the business card of the Rosenklinik and the first point of contact for enquiries of all kinds from internal and external parties. A customer-friendly representation of our specialist clinic is important to us. You are the central contact point for customers, suppliers, business partners and service providers.

Your tasks are:

• First point of contact for patients, visitors, service providers and suppliers
• Management of the telephone system
• Distribution of incoming mail
• Check-in and check-out of patients including collection of payments
• Collaboration with internal catering
• Various secretarial tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in clinic reception or similar customer-oriented reception areas is an advantage
• Cheerful, friendly and positive interaction with people
• Neat appearance
• Responsible, resilient and flexible personality
• Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, no night shifts) and on weekends
• Foreign language skills are an advantage
