These are your tasks
- You care for our patients during their outpatient stay and ensure professional support
- You organize the consultation hours as well as the patient-centered processes, manage the documents in the hospital information system, and prepare the medical correspondence
- You actively support neurological diagnostic clarifications and treatments and thus contribute significantly to the quality of our care
Your additional tasks as co-leader
- You take over the co-leadership of the MPAs and promote constructive collaboration within the team
- You are responsible for duty and deployment planning and ensure smooth processes in everyday life
- You support and shape medical as well as organizational processes in close cooperation with the Chief Neurologist
What you bring with you
- You have a degree as a Medical Practice Assistant; for the leadership role, you also bring several years of professional experience
- You are characterized by very good teamwork skills, loyalty, and assertiveness
- You have organizational talent, work independently and reliably
- You enjoy working with people and bring a positive attitude
