Specialised Clinical Nurse (ICLS) in the Visceral Surgery Department

The Visceral Surgery Department is seeking a Specialised Clinical Nurse (ICLS) at a workload of 80% to 100%, on a permanent contract, to complete its team. The starting date is planned for 1 October 2026 or to be agreed.

Mission

• You ensure an expert role in nursing care and develop a practice based on evidence
• You support interprofessional collaboration to improve clinical practices
• You develop a consultation, coaching and guidance offer aimed at optimising the clinical skills of the team
• You develop actions for disease and accident prevention, as well as health maintenance and promotion
• You actively participate in the dissemination and implementation of new knowledge in clinical practice and develop links between clinical and academic environments
• You actively participate in welcoming patients and their relatives, as well as in organising and ensuring the continuity of the unit's activities, including during evening or night shifts
• You participate in interdisciplinary work and promote collaboration within the team.

Profile

• You hold a Bachelor of Science HES in nursing or an equivalent qualification. If your diploma was obtained abroad, recognition by the Swiss Red Cross is mandatory
• You are a specialised clinical nurse or wish to undertake a Master in Nursing Sciences (MScSI)
• You have excellent clinical judgement and demonstrate anticipation and responsiveness
• You possess good interpersonal skills and a strong team spirit
• You have good organisational skills and know how to work independently while seeking necessary supervision
• Rigorous and precise, you demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, initiative, good adaptability and technical skill
• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written (minimum level B2).

Depending on the candidate's profile, the salary class ranges between levels 9 and 11.
