Period: each autumn semester (August to January)
We are looking for a lecturer to teach the competition law module (M05) as part of the Master of Law, corresponding to a workload of 11%. The module offers an overview of competition law applicable in Switzerland, with some excursions into European law. It notably covers institutional and procedural frameworks, as well as the main substantive areas (cartels, vertical agreements, abuse of dominant position, merger control).
