The Kronbühl Foundation promotes, supports and cares for children, adolescents and adults with severe physical and intellectual disabilities. With our diverse services tailored to the individual needs of our clients and the high quality of our services, we are among the leading institutions in Eastern Switzerland. The adult women and men live in residential groups of six people each. They receive individual support and assistance to enable as independent a daily life as possible. This includes a varied range of activities, work in the studio and various therapy offers.

Health Specialist with Additional Role as Medical Responsible in the Team
(40% workload)
Tasks
- Resource-oriented promotion, support and care
- Maintaining electronic documentation Redline
- Responsibility in the medical area in cooperation with the central medical service
- Collaboration with relatives, doctors and other professionals
- Organisation of daily group life and leisure activities
- Participation in occupational activities
- Participation in annual festivities
- Tasks in administration and group household
Profile
- Training as a Health Specialist or higher with professional experience
- Sense of responsibility, social competence and empathy
- Organisational and administrative skills and good IT knowledge
- High commitment, flexibility and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
