Full-time Technical Collaborator (100%)

Class and annual salary (including 13th month):

9 83'633.-- / 133'310.--

Tasks:

• collaborates in the technical-financial management of the Cantonal Road Maintenance Center within the scope of routine maintenance, preservation, and construction
• collaborates in defining internal strategies to ensure the required quality, timing, cost-effectiveness, and safety in the Office's activities, ensuring the required standards
• executes small projects, estimates, tenders, and ensures the site management of works related to road network maintenance
• supervises personnel under their responsibility in compliance with service directives and procedures, ensuring good management
• collaborates in managing emergency situations caused by sudden events (bad weather, accidents, etc.) affecting the road network
• participates in commissions and interdisciplinary working groups

Requirements:

• bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with solid experience in the maintenance and preservation of pavement and civil engineering works
• experience in personnel management
• category B driving license
• proficiency in conventional computer tools (Windows, Office) and possibly specific programs
• initiative, independence, predisposition to teamwork and leadership of collaborator groups, good organizational skills
• good physical condition, flexibility, and availability for irregular and out-of-hours work (night and/or holidays)
• excellent knowledge of Italian and knowledge (spoken and written) of a second official language
• good knowledge of the territory where the main activity will be carried out. Preference will be given to candidates residing in Malcantone or Luganese
