To complement our team, we are looking for a Reception Staff (m/f/d) at 100% capacity starting January 1, 2026, or by arrangement. 
 

Your tasks

• Independently managing your own shift at our hotel reception
• Whether at check-in, check-out, or everything in between that makes the guest's stay wonderful; you ensure an excellent first, middle, and last impression
• Solution-oriented and service-conscious handling of guest requests and complaints
• Competent management of telephone and email correspondence
• Smooth communication with other departments, because the "Guest Journey" is important to you and you ensure all interfaces work

What you bring with you

• Completed training in hospitality or comparable, or experience at the reception; ideally, you already have experience with the PMS Mews
• You are a host with heart and have a passion for hospitality, which also shows in stressful situations
• Positive and motivated personality
• Very good German skills, good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
