Facility Manager (50-70%)

We are looking immediately or by arrangement for an all-rounder who wants to take over our facility management! Are you interested in a varied job, can get things done, and want to learn more? Then you are in the right place!
Your mission
Your main tasks
- You ensure that our infrastructure runs smoothly at all times
- You coordinate and manage external service providers (e.g., cleaning companies)
- You carry out technical repairs (lights, switches, sockets, etc.)
- You ensure that all work equipment (e.g., warehouse devices, machines) is functional and available
- You perform manual work on warehouse shelves, barriers, and office furnishings
- You are responsible for purchases, material procurement, and the facility budget
- You take on seasonal tasks such as plant care, snow removal, and gritting
- You assist with the setup & organization of infrastructure for internal events

- Infrastructure works reliably and without disruptions
- Issues/problems are independently identified and solved
- External partners are efficiently managed (quality / costs)
- The facility area is structured and transparently organized
Your profile
- You bring experience & interest in manual tasks (e.g., background in facility management, construction, technology, or similar)
- You enjoy working independently
- You have high standards for order, cleanliness, and functionality
- You enjoy daily new tasks and challenges
- You take responsibility and see things through to completion
- Driver's license category B
